GENERAL

• CFAITH Communities Members and Visitors should use caution regarding the information they post or display on this Site and in their personal profile.
• Users should NOT include their telephone number, street address, last name, email address, or URL in their member or blog profile.
• CFAITH Communities will not tolerate profanity in any form or fashion.
• CFAITH Communities reserves the right (but not the obligation) to reject, refuse to post, or remove any (public or private) posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, delete, or terminate your access to any or all parts of the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
• You, and not CFAITH Communities, are solely responsible for all Content that you upload to CFAITH Communities public archives, blogs, message boards, search results, forums, categories, groups, or any other part of the Service.
• You will not hold CFAITH Communities responsible for the actions or inactions of Members or users, including without limitation any Uploaded Content.
• CFAITH Communities is not an online church nor is it a church substitute. All Members and Visitors are encouraged to find and/or attend a home church and to seek personal spiritual guidance and direction from their local Pastor. As a result, CFAITH Communities strives to compliment your home church, not compete against it.
• CFAITH Communities is not a vehicle for people to launch their own online ministry website. Members are encouraged to participate in discussions and share biblical insights, but no one has a license to "preach" or post entire sermons in an effort to build an online congregation or attract spiritual followers.
• CFAITH Communities is for the personal use of individual Members and Visitors only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavor, except those that are specifically approved or endorsed in writing by CFAITH Communities management.
• Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service for any commercial or retail purpose.
  

BLOGS AND FORUMS

• It is the responsibility of all Users to communicate, respond, post, and interact with other Users in a Christ-like manner.
• Members must post original material. Members cannot upload, copy, distribute, share, sell, create derivative works of, or otherwise alter or use any Content, in whole or in part, for any purpose without permission from the original Content owner or publisher—even if one gives credit to the owner or publisher.
• Copyright law allows only a small portion of an original work to be used or published before it becomes plagiarism. Therefore, Members are encouraged to post original content in blogs or forums because original content is much more interesting and engaging. Learn more about copyright law.
  
• Members are expected to be community minded in their posts, communication, and interaction with others. Members should strive for quality, not quantity, regarding their posting activity. One thought-provoking post is better than 10 irrelevant posts that will not be read by Others.
• Members are expected to leave meaningful comments and feedback for the purposes of enhancing communication and extending forum discussions—not for the purpose of driving traffic back to their own blog.
• Members are expected to keep forum discussions relevant. Untimely, irrelevant, or off-topic subjects will be removed or deleted.
  

PHOTOS AND IMAGES

• Under no circumstances will photographs containing nudity, or obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, lewd, violent, or otherwise objectionable subject matter be allowed or tolerated. Members who post such material will be banned from the CFAITH Communities website.
• Images and illustrations used on CFAITH Communities are obtained from a variety of art resources, including commercial organizations. Additional images and illustrations are obtained from individuals or non-commercial sources on the condition that acknowledgment is provided.
• Images may not be copied from the CFAITH Communities website for other uses, including (but not limited to) websites, emails, and newsletters (printed or electronic).
• Use of images by CFAITH Communities does not imply that the providing organization approves of CFAITH Communities, its mission or its content; nor does usage imply that CFAITH Communities endorses or approves of the organization providing the images.
