Wish I could do more
I love writing it brings out the passionate side of me. If I could I would takes pictures for websites for a living. That would be great for me I’d get to travel and go different places. I love being able to say what I want to say on my blog. If we were living in Afganastan, or Iraq we would not really be having these freedom’s that we do in the United States. We have so many more freedom’s than most people do in a lot of other countries.
Some countries you have to worry about stepping outside your front door, even in some of our neighborhood’s you have to worry about that. I was listening to an MPR interview the other day and this one guy who was being interviewed said he and his sister would hide in their bathroom to avoid getting shot at.

Can you imagine what it must be like to live like that in fear of being shot at in your own house? Just because your not in a nice neighborhood? It just makes me sad to think about those things. And that I or we can’t do more to prevent them from happening.
Just like our homeless situation. I wish I could do more than just feed them a meal. It just makes me sad that not all of them can be accepted into homeless shelters because they just don’t have enough room for everyone. So they have to turn some of them away back onto the streets.
I wish I could do more to help out. It makes my life seem pretty good compared to some others. Though it might not always seem that way at times. I just wish I could do more. I don’t have some of the problems that others might have like alchoholism, drug addition, not having a place to live, chemical dependancy, paranoid dillusions, severe mental illness, just to name a few of them.
Well maybe my little contribution to society is just keeping my life in order so that there is one less problem to deal with.
I’ll think of it that way.
Added note:
I decided I am going to donate a bunch of things (toilettries) over to the Grace Orphanage in India.
That's where my 12 year old pen pal is staying. They need the supplies. They have a lot of rain and
flooding over there and many of the parents and children are parish in those floods.
