Addicted to other people's lives

Addicted to other people’s lives

It’s always interesting to get a different perspective on other people’s lives. There are many reality tv show’s out there now where other people’s lives are the center point. I admit I have an “addiction” in being transfixed on this idea. It’s not such a bad thing I don’t think. As long as you keep things in perspective and don’t allow it to overcome your own life.

You can really learn a lot of valuable tips on how to live your own life and see how their decisions have affected their life whether they were good or bad decisions. What to do and what not to do. What you can avoid in the future, that might have the potential of being a bad decision.

I’ve always found it interesting there is this one show called Celebrity Look-A-Like. Where they make over these ordinary people into the celebrity that they think they look like. Some people can pull it off pretty good. I thought to myself, well I don’t want to be known as who I look like. I want to be known as me! Not someone else. It takes away from your own identity as who you are.

  1. Luke 9:25
What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self? Luke 9:24-26 (in Context) Luke 9 (Whole Chapter)

Of course Celebrity-Look-A-Like is just a show for fun. I guess the point I am trying to make is that be who you are meant to be, grab the advice that you can, use it as you see best fit for your life. But don’t be formed into someone else based on their lifestyle.
