We've recently added a section to our home page called "Editor's Picks". Every few days or so, the Admins will scrub the site and pick what we feel are some of the strongest or best posts/blogs:
This should encourage everyone: put a lot of thought and time into your posts, because you never know when we might pick yours for the "Editor's Picks" section!
