CFAITH Communities is an online community where you can share ideas, thoughts, Bible verses, prayer requests, photos and more through blogs, forums & photo galleries. Our mission statement can best be summed up by 1 Thessalonians 5:11: "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." Our purpose then is to be an online community where we can encourage and admonish one another as we all walk out the call God has on our lives.

Do I have to be Word-of-Faith to join CFAITH Communities?

No. While CFAITH is a Word-of-Faith organization, CFAITH Communities welcomes Christians from all denominations & affiliations.

Is CFAITH Communities an online church?

No. We are intended as a supplement to--and never a replacement for--a local church or ministry. 

I'm a member of CFAITH. Does my CFAITH member login work on the CFAITH Communities site?

No, your CFAITH login will not work on this site. The CFAITH Communities site uses a different database than the main CFAITH site. Also, CFAITH Communities is free, so anyone may join. If you'd like to use your same login name that you have on the main CFAITH site, we strongly suggest you sign up as quickly as possible. Because user names are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, we cannot guarantee that the same name you use on CFAITH will be available on this site. In other words, sign up quickly!

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for CFAITH Communities here. The signup process is simple and painless (and remember, it's free!), and will take less than two minutes of your time. Click here to join. After you fill in the required information, you will be immediately signed in to the site as a member!

What do I do after I sign up?

After you log in, it's up to you what you want to do next. You could write a blog post, upload photos, participate in forum discussions, look around the site, or even play around with your profile settings. If all of these things seem like a foreign language, don't worry! We'll explain things as we go along.

I have friends who would love this site. How can I invite them to join?

We've built a special page where you can invite friends to join CFAITH Communities. You can access it here. Or, you can click on "Invite a Friend" at any time in the Member Toolbox, which is located on the upper right-hand side of most pages.

What's a blog?

A blog is short for "web log" and is simply an online journal that anyone can read or view. It can be about anything: faith, life, kids, music, career, hobbies, technology...whatever. What sets blogs apart from other forms of communication is the ability for readers to leave instant feedback about what you write.

That seems simple enough. How do I start blogging?

Check out our support page; it has plenty of information on the basics to get you started on your blog. You will need to sign in before you can start posting to your blog.

What's a forum?

A forum is an online discussion group (not to be confused with online chat), where participants with common interests can exchange open messages. Perhaps you want to begin a discussion about Christian music, family vacations, or your daily devotions. These are just a few examples of what members of CFAITH Communities will be talking about.

How do I participate in a forum?

You can view the available forums on the Forums page. However, you must be logged in in order to create or respond to other forum posts. For more help on forums, view the support page.

How do I upload a picture?

Is the CFAITH Communities site safe? Secure?

We do our very best to moderate the site for inappropriate material...but we won't catch everything. As a community, we all need to help each other out. You can do your part by reporting abuse if you feel someone has posted something inappropriate or offensive, and we will take appropriate action. Since we're a free site, we do not store financial information, so the site is very safe and secure to join. And of course, as God has called us to be good stewards, we will never rent or sell your email address to outside parties.

What's with the Google ads?

Google has an advertising program that serves up relevant, targeted ads based on the content of a website. We have these ads in palce because hosting & administrating a website like CFAITH Communities costs a lot of money (in terms of software, staff, hardware, etc.). The ads help us to cover some of our costs. Since we don't directly select the Google ads, please let us know if you see something inappropriate, and we'll take action immediately.
