    KJV
2Ti 1:9  who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given us in Christ Jesus before the eternal times.
    2Ti 1:10  But it is now having been manifested by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has made death of no effect, bringing life and immortality to light through the gospel;
    MSG
2Ti 1:9  who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. It was all his idea, a gift prepared for us in Jesus long before we knew anything about it.
2Ti 1:10  But we know it now. Since the appearance of our Savior, nothing could be plainer: death defeated, life vindicated in a steady blaze of light, all through the work of Jesus.

    KJV
Eph 1:4  According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Eph 1:5  Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Eph 1:6  He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
Eph 1:7  Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we're a free people--free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free!
Eph 1:8  He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need,
Eph 1:9  letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in Christ,
Eph 1:10  a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth.
Eph 1:11  It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living,
Eph 1:12  part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.

GOD HAS CREATED US FOR HIS PURPOSE AND PLAN

    Eph 2:10
(ASV)  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them.
(BBE)  For by his act we were given existence in Christ Jesus to do those good works which God before made ready for us so that we might do them.
(CEV)  God planned for us to do good things and to live as he has always wanted us to live. That's why he sent Christ to make us what we are.
(Darby)  For we are his workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has before prepared that we should walk in them.
(GNB)  God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do.
(GW)  God has made us what we are. He has created us in Christ Jesus to live lives filled with good works that he has prepared for us to do.
(ISV)  For we are his masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared long ago to be our way of life.
(KJV)  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
(LITV)  for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God before prepared that we should walk in them.
(MKJV)  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
(MSG)  No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing.
(YLT)  for of Him we are workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God did before prepare, that in them we may walk.

    KJV
Rev 4:11  Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure (PURPOSE AND WILL)  they are and were created.

    DEPEND ON THE HOLY SPIRIT

    KJV
Joh 16:13  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Joh 16:14  He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you.
Joh 16:15  All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you.

    MSG
Joh 16:13  But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won't draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said.
Joh 16:14  He will honor me; he will take from me and deliver it to you.
Joh 16:15  Everything the Father has is also mine. That is why I've said, 'He takes from me and delivers to you.'

    KJV
1Jo 2:20  But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
1Jo 2:27  But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

    MSG
1Jo 2:20  But you belong. The Holy One anointed you, and you all know it.
1Jo 2:27  But they're no match for what is embedded deeply within you--Christ's anointing, no less! You don't need any of their so-called teaching. Christ's anointing teaches you the truth on everything you need to know about yourself and him, uncontaminated by a single lie. Live deeply in what you were taught.

    KJV
1Co 2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1Co 2:10  But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
1Co 2:11  For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
1Co 2:12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1Co 2:13  Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

    GNB
1Co 2:9  However, as the scripture says, "What no one ever saw or heard, what no one ever thought could happen, is the very thing God prepared for those who love him."
1Co 2:10  But it was to us that God made known his secret by means of his Spirit. The Spirit searches everything, even the hidden depths of God's purposes.
1Co 2:11  It is only our own spirit within us that knows all about us; in the same way, only God's Spirit knows all about God.
1Co 2:12  We have not received this world's spirit; instead, we have received the Spirit sent by God, so that we may know all that God has given us.

    PRAY IN THE SPIRIT

    KJV
Rom 8:26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Rom 8:27  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God.
Rom 8:28  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
Rom 8:29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Rom 8:30  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Rom 8:31  What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

    MSG
Rom 8:26  Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans.
Rom 8:27  He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
Rom 8:28  That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.
Rom 8:29  God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him.
Rom 8:30  After God made that decision of what his children should be like, he followed it up by calling people by name. After he called them by name, he set them on a solid basis with himself. And then, after getting them established, he stayed with them to the end, gloriously completing what he had begun.
Rom 8:31  So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose?

    PRAY-THROUGH FOR THE BREAK-THROUGH

    KJV
    1Ti 1:18  This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
1Ti 1:19  Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

    MSG
1Ti 1:18  I'm passing this work on to you, my son Timothy. The prophetic word that was directed to you prepared us for this. All those prayers are coming together now so you will do this well, fearless in your struggle,
1Ti 1:19  keeping a firm grip on your faith and on yourself. After all, this is a fight we're in. There are some, you know, who by relaxing their grip and thinking anything goes have made a thorough mess of their faith.

GOD CHOSE US FOR THIS HOUR
    Act 17:26  And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

WE WERE CALLED INTO THE KINGDOM FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

NO ONE CAN CURSE WHAT GOD HAS BLESSED
    REMEMBER BALAAM

Mic 6:5  O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal; that ye may know the righteousness of the LORD.

    THIS IS WHAT HE SAID

Num 23:19  God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Num 23:20  Behold, I have received [commandment] to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.

BALAAM TRID TO CURSE GOD’S PEOPLE ANYWAY

Deu 23:5  Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.

Jos 24:9  Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and warred against Israel, and sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you:
Jos 24:10  But I would not hearken unto Balaam; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand.

Neh 13:2  Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.
