I sent a Private Message just now and a message something about   I would receive an email when it was approved or posted or something lol. I know we went through this with forum posts recently can you please refresh me with what all that was about again so I know in future .

Hi Admin replied yesterday to you by PM about the smilie ads that you brought to my attention ( thanks for doing so because I didn't know they were there, they are not showing at my end on the posts I submitted). I hope the ads are now gone as I immedately replaced the offending critters lol in the posts they were in.

When I sent the PM to you yesterday it said about reaching a part of the forum (you know to do with that moderating thing again.)  you say that message comes up because the spam filters are back on, that ok, but I was concerned you still don't seem to have received this message I sent you by PM yesterday .I have just  checked and their seems no record that it was even sent you ? Also I sent a PM to another member of our family here yesterday and the same thing with them? I apologize having to cover all this here but I know this way you will see it

There is a setting where you can have them send you an Email each time you get a Private Message or you can adjust it so they won't notify you. Is that what you are talking about?

Hi Admin thanks for getting back

I haven't altered any settings or any thing and I'm using the same procecedure as I normally do for sending Private Messages. I have sent a number of PM's since I joined Cfaith Communities and have had replies to them so I know the people have received them, but, the last few days some thing seemed to have changed. While we're on the subject did you receive my PM yesterday Admin please the 29th March? I resent you because there was no record of me sending the first reply to your message concerning the smilie ads .

You ask about the procedure I use for sending .

1. Find member of our family here I want to contact.

2. click on their user name ,choose send PM to ..(person in question)

3. Write message.

4. click post.

Hi SpeaktheWord thanks for your interest . No I got all that set up already my friend to receive notification of PM's thats working fine.
