God works through mysterious ways, and His thoughts are not my thoughts. He sees the heart and knows my most private dreams. God is so good, I don't know what I did to deserve this unexpected blessing. I was just being kind to an elderly neighbor, helping him find homes for household items after his wife passed away recently. First he had said, 'make me an offer I can't refuse' and I said I would have to talk to my husband about it and get back to him....Well, on Christmas Eve he called me and said he had talked to both of his daughter's and neither of them wanted it, so he was GIVING it to me for Christmas. WOW!!!!! So my husband says how could he say "no" to me, and the Saturday after Christmas, another neighbor helped us move it to our house. I am so excited and THANKFUL! Last time I had a piano, was in 1993. My Mom made me take lessons for 11 years as a kid, and I learned to love playing the piano. Praise God!! And I am praying for my elderly neighbor- we have witnessed to him but he has had a bad experience with "church" in his early years and can't get over it, yet...so maybe some of you can help us pray him into accepting the LORD!!
