Cfaith community member thinking of leaving after trying repeatedly to log in , but can't, PLEASE HELP!

Hello Admin , a sister of ours in the Lord has repeatedly tried to log into the cfaith community over a period of time but can't. This sister has been a regular contributor of posts (so she knows the procedure of how to log in

) , she is a valuable contributor of posts and a good encouragement to the site it would be a shame to lose her. She has contacted cfaith several times and has now had a reply to phone a toll free number but the problem is it is not toll free to her in the country she is trying to contact from. Every time she tries to log in it tells her Access Denied. She is trying to log in the same as she always has but it wont let her! I know she is feeling very discouraged over this long drawn out problem so I'm asking PLEASE you guys sort this out for her because shes on about giving up trying anymore. If you contact me by PM I will give you her email address to reach her at has I don't want to display it here publicly.

) after posting this site question (about our sisters log in problems) I had asked for an admin to contact me so I could give this sisters email address , I then thought maybe I should have checked that with her first? (has it's her private address) I have just heard back from her and she said yes it's fine for you too have it
