This is a great question!! I've had a blog now for 1 1/2 years...blogging for me is both a blessing and a burden at times. The blog I write has two authors. It is a safe haven for wounded hearts. We are two women who met through a Christian website. We’ve never met in person and live about a thousand miles apart. But we are both survivors of childhood abuse — emotional, physical, and sexual. We both believe in one true and real Father who rescues, heals, and loves broken people like us. Although we are also about 12 years apart in age, and are at different places in our journey of healing, we love the Lord deeply and not only believe but KNOW the power of God's amazing redeeming love!!
And although we don’t have all the answers we share our stories in the hope that our readers may believe that they are not alone and that God wants better for them..... that healing is available, that freedom and victory are possible....that just a the woman with the issue of blood reached out and touched the hem of Jesus' garment we too can reach out and through His word, through the Holy Spirit we can find freedom from what binds us....what the enemy meant for evil, and for our destruction, God can rescue, He can bring hope and good into each situation. For me personally, one of the gifts God has given me is encouragement....and nothing blesses me more than seeing women and men be set free!! God is good!
