Re: The Weapon of Praise! (How to stop the enemy)

Just a testimony of how praise stills the enemy.  Once when I was street witnessing with some people, we came across some gang members that wanted to start some trouble with us.  They started yelling at us and following us, my group leader turns to us and says "Praise stills the enemy...these kids are not or enemy, but the spirit driving them is, so lift your hands and start praising God."  So that is what we did.  We stopped walking and started praising God for his protection. These gang members stopped in their tracks.  They quit yelling at us, and then they started to walk backwards, keeping an eye on us as the left.

I can tell you that praise is good for the soul and spirit. I was in a bad mood this morning, and then I went to church...after praise and worship, my bad mood had been replaced with joy and contentment! When you're feeling blue, there's no better thing to do than praise God.

I love listening to Praise and Worship....

like when David played for King Saul... as he played the evil spirit that was harassing Saul left him....

Thats a good reason to play some Praise music at your job.... it will refresh you and make the devil mad...
